【摘要】:Thismethodissignificantasaprocesscontrolforpolymerizationtime.Whenthecuretimesaredeterminedatseveraltemperaturesandplottedastimeversustemperature,differentresinscanbecomparedforcuringcharacteristics.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthecurerateatanyspecifiedtemperatureforathermosettingphenol-formaldehyderesin.Thetimeatthattemperaturerequiredtomakeafluidmixturechangeintoahardimmovablemassindicatesspeedofcure.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
