【摘要】:ThefirstreportedsynthesisofBPAwasbythereactionofphenolwithacetonebyZincke.BPAhasbecomeanimportanthighvolumeindustrialchemicalusedinthemanufactureofpolycarbonateplasticandepoxyresins.Polycarbonateplasticandresinsareusedinnumerousproductsincludingelectricalandelectronicequipment,automobiles,sportsandsafetyequipment,reusablefoodanddrinkcontainers,electricallaminatesforprintedcircuitboards,composites,paints,adhesives,dentalsealants,protectivecoatingsandmanyotherproducts.TheenvironmentalsourceofBPAispredominantlyfromthedecompositionofpolycarbonateplasticsandresins.BPAisnotclassifiedasbio-accumulativebytheU.S.EnvironmentalProtectionAgencyandwillbiodegrade.BPAhasbeenreportedtohaveadverseeffectsinaquaticorganismsandmaybereleasedintoenvironmentalwatersdirectlyattracelevelsthroughlandfillleachateandPOTWeffluents.ThismethodhasbeeninvestigatedforusewithsurfacewaterandsecondaryandtertiaryPOTWeffluentsamplestherefore,itisapplicabletothesematricesonly.Ithasnotbeeninvestigatedforusewithsaltwaterorsolidsamplematrices.1.1ThisprocedurecoversthedeterminationofbisphenolA(BPA)extractedfromwaterutilizingsolidphaseextraction(SPE),separatedusingliquidchromatography(LC)anddetectedwithtandemmassspectrometry(MS/MS).BPAisqualitativelyandquantitativelydeterminedbythismethod.Thismethodadherestomultiplereactionmonitoring(MRM)massspectrometry.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Themethoddetectionlimit(MDL)andreportinglimit(RL)forBPAarelistedinTable1.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.TABLE1MDLandReportingRangeAnalyte
