【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodofdeterminingcertaintensilepropertiesoftextileglassreinforcedplastics.Themethodspecifiedisnotnecessarilyapplicabletomaterialsofveryhightensilestrength,forexampleunidirectionalreinforcedmaterials.Themethodisapplicabletoreinforcedthermosettingresinsandalsotoreinforcedthermoplastics.Injection-mouldedtestspecimensmadefromreinforcedthermoplasticsaresubjecttofibreorientation,andmaygivevaluesthatareuntypicallyhigh;however,theymaybeusedifothermethodsofspecimenpreparationareimpracticable.2Themethoddescribesthedeterminationofthefollowingtensileproperties:—theinitialtangentmodulusofelasticityandthetensilesecantmodulusofelasticity(whenitisnotpossibletodeterminetheinitialtangentmodulusofelasticity,thetensilesecantmodulusofelasticityat0.1%strainisdetermined);—maximumtensilestress;NOTE.Ifthereisacleanbreakthemaximumtensilestressisthestressatbreak;inothercasesitisthestresscorrespondingtothemaximumforce.—theelongationatmaximumforceand,possibly,theelongationatbreak.Theforce-elongationcurvesatdifferenttemperatures,degreesofhumidityandratesofstrainyieldinterestinginformationconcerningthebehaviourofthematerials.3Itisonlypossibletoobtaincomparablevaluesbetweendifferentmaterialsifidenticaltestspecimensareused.Theseshouldalsobetestedunderwelldefinedconditionsofpretreatment,temperature,humidityandrateofstrain.Finally,itistheaimofthismethodtoobtaintensileresultsthatcanbeusedeitherfor—qualitycontrol,or—thepreparationofspecificationsformaterials.note:1)Anewdocumentforthetestingofrovinglaminates(unidirectional)isunderstudyandwhencompletedwillbeintegratedintothisEuropeanStandard.
