【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61340describesthedischargecurrentwaveformsusedtodefinetheMMandthebasicequipmentrequirementsusedtodevelopthesewaveforms.Testparametersaredefinedfortestingandclassifyingtheelectrostaticdischarge(ESD)sensitivityofnon-powereddevicestotheMM.ThepurposeofthisstandardistoestablishatestmodelthatwillreplicateMMfailuresandwilldefinetheMMtransientcurrentdischargewaveformandallnecessarytestparameterstoensurereliable,reproducibletestresults.ReproducibledatawillallowaccuratecomparisonsofMMESDsensitivitylevels.
