【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsforcouplingsforthetransmissionofpowerbetweentherotatingshaftsoftwomachinesforgeneral-purposeapplicationsinthepetroleum,petrochemicalandnaturalgasindustries.Suchapplicationstypicallyrequirecouplingstotransmitpoweratspeedsnotexceeding4000r/min,betweenmachinesinwhichthefirstlateralcriticalspeedisabovetherunningspeedrange(stiff-shaftmachines).Itcan,byagreement,beusedforapplicationsoutsidetheselimits.NOTE1RecommendationsareincludedintheIntroductionastowhentheuseofISO10441shouldbeconsidered.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletocouplingsdesignedtoaccommodateparallel(orlateral)offset,angularmisalignmentandaxialdisplacementoftheshaftswithoutimposingexcessivemechanicalloadingonthecoupledmachines.CouplingscoveredbythisInternationalStandardincludegear(andothermechanicalcontacttypes),metallicflexible-elementandvariouselastomerictypes.Suchcouplingscanbeofallmetalconstructionorcanincludecomponentsofnon-metallicmaterials,suchascomposites.ThisInternationalStandardcoversdesign,materialsofconstruction,inspectionandtestingofcouplingsandmethodsofattachmentofthecouplingtotheshafts(includingtaperedsleeveandotherproprietarydevices).ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytospecialtypesofcouplings,suchasclutch,hydraulic,eddy-current,rigidandradial-splinetypes.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotdefinecriteriafortheselectionofcouplingtypesforspecificapplications.NOTE2Inmanycases,couplingscoveredbythisIntemationalStandardaremanufacturers'catalogueitems.
