【摘要】:ThispartofISO10846explainstheprinciplesunderlyingparts2to5ofISO10846fordeterminingthetransferpropertiesofvibrationisolatorsfromlaboratorymeasurements,andprovidesassistanceintheselectionoftheappropriatepartofthisseries.ThispartofISO10846isapplicabletovibrationisolatorswhichareusedtoreduce:a)thetransmissionofaudiofrequencyvibrations(structure-bornesound,20Hzto20kHz)toastructurewhichmay,forexample,radiatefluid-bornesound(airborne,waterborne,orother);b)thetransmissionoflowfrequencyvibrations(typically1Hzto80Hz)whichmay,forexample,actuponhumansorcausedamagetostructureswhenvibrationistoosevere.ThedataobtainedwiththemeasurementmethodswhichareoutlinedinthispartofISO10846andfurtherdetailedinparts2to5ofISO10846canbeusedfor:—productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers;—informationduringproductdevelopment;—qualitycontrol;—computationofthetransferofvibrationsthroughisolators.Theconditionsforthevalidityofthemeasurementmethodsarea)linearityofthevibrationalbehaviouroftheisolator(thisincludeselasticelementswithnon-linearstaticload-deflectioncharacteristicsaslongastheelementsshowapproximatelinearityforvibrationalbehaviourforagivenstaticpreload);b)thecontactinterfacesofthevibrationisolatorwiththeadjacentsourceandreceiverstructurescanbeconsideredaspointcontacts.

【摘要】:Sonicdrillingisusedforgeoenvironmentalinvestigativeprograms.Itiswellsuitedforenvironmentalprojectsofaproduction-orientatednature.Disposalofdrillingspoilsisamajorcostelementinanyenvironmentalproject.Sonicdrillingoffersthebenefitofsignificantlyreduceddrillcuttingsandreducedfluidproduction.Sonicdrillingoffersrapidformationpenetrationtherebyincreasingproduction.Itcanreducefieldworktimegeneratingoverallprojectcostreductions.Thecontinuouscoresamplerecoveredprovidesarepresentativelithologicalcolumnforreviewandanalysis.Sonicdrillingreadilylendsitselftoenvironmentalinstrumentationinstallationandtoin-situtesting.Theadvantageofacleancasedholewithouttheuseofdrillingfluidsprovidesforincreasedefficiencyininstrumentationinstallation.Theabilitytocausevibrationtothecasingstringeliminatesthecomplicationofbackfillbridgingcommontootherdrillingmethodsandreducestheriskofcasinglockupallowingforeasycasingwithdrawalduringgrouting.Thecleanboreholereduceswelldevelopmenttime.Pumpingtestscanbeperformedasneededpriortowellscreenplacementtoinsureproperscreenlocation.Thesonicmethodisreadilyutilizedinmultiplecasedwellapplicationswhicharerequiredtopreventaquifercrosscontamination.Notwithstandingthepossibilityofvibratoryeffectsonthesurroundingformations,thesamesonicdrillingplusfactorsforenvironmentalmonitoringdeviceinstallationscarryoverforgeotechnicalinstrumentationaswell.Theinstallationofinclinometers,vibratingwirepiezometers,settlementgauges,andthelikecanbeaccomplishedefficientlywiththesonicmethod.Thecuttingaction,asthesonicdrillingbitpassesthroughtheformation,maycausedisturbancetothesoilstructurealongtheboreholewall.Thevibratoryactionofdirectingthesampleintothesamplebarrelandthenvibratingitbackoutcancausedistortionofthespecimen.Coresamplescanbehydraulicallyextractedfromthesamplebarreltoreducedistortion.Theuseofsplitbarrels,withorwithoutliners,mayimprovethesampleconditionbutmaynotcompletelyremovethevibratoryeffect.Whenpenetratingrockformations,thevibrationmaycreatemechanicalfracturesthatcanaffectstructuralanalysisforpermeabilityandtherebynotreflectthetruein-situcondition.Sonicdrillinginrockwillrequiretheuseofairorfluidtoremovedrillcuttingsfromthefaceofthebit,astheygenerallycannotbeforcedintotheformation.Samplescollectedbythedrysoniccoringmethodfromdense,dry,consolidatedorcementedformationsmaybesubjectedtodrillinginducedheat.Heatisgeneratedbytheimpactofthebitontheformationandthefrictioncreatedwhenthecorebarrelisforcedintotheformation.Thesamplingbarrelisadvancedwithoutdrillingfluidwheneverpossible.Therefore,inverydenseformations,drillingfluidsmayhavetobeusedtoremovedrillcuttingsfromthebitfaceandtocontroldrillinggeneratedheat.Indry,denseformationsprecautionstocontroldrillinggeneratedheatmaybenecessarytoavoidaffectingcontaminantpresence.Theaffectsofdrillinggeneratedheatcanbemitigatedbyshorteningsamplingruns,changingvibrationlevelandrotationspeed,usingcooledsamplingbarrels,collectinglargerdiametersamplestoreduceaffectontheinteriorofthesample,andusingfluidcoringmethodsorbyusingalternatesamplingmethodssuchasthestandardpenetrationtesttypesamplersatspecificintervals.Heatgeneratedwhilecasingtheboreholethroughdenseformationsafterthecoresamplehasbeenextractedcanbealleviatedbypotablewaterinjectionand/orbyusingcrowd-incasingbitsthatsheartheformationwithminimalresistance.Shouldboreholewalldensificationbeaconcernitcanbealleviatedby......
