【摘要】:TheNVRobtainedbythistestmethodisthatamountwhichisavailableforreleasebytheglovesontohandledsurfaces.EvaporationofsolventatthestatedtemperatureistoquantifytheNVRthatcanbeexpectedtoexistatroomtemperature,sincetheslightdifferencebetweenroomtemperatureandthetesttemperatureisnotlikelytoresultinsignificantvariances.VariousothermethodsexistfordeterminingNVR,forexamplePracticeG120andIES-RP-CC005.2.Thistestisnotintendedtoreplacetestmethodsusedforotherpurposes.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofsolventextractablenonvolatileresidue(NVR)fromglovesusedincleanroomswherespacecraftareassembled,cleaned,ortested.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.1.3TheNVRofinterestisthatwhichcanbeextractedfromglovesusingaspecifiedsolventthathasbeenselectedforitsextractingqualities,orbecauseitisrepresentativeofsolventsusedintheparticularfacility.Alternativesolventsmaybeused,butsincetheirusemayresultindifferentvaluesbeinggenerated,theymustbeidentifiedintheproceduredatasheet.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
