【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60695providesguidanceforassessingandchoosingcandidatematerials,componentsorsub-assembliesformakinganend-productbaseduponpreselectiontesting.Itdescribeshowpreselectionprovidescomparativefirehazardtestmethodstoevaluatetheperformanceofatestspecimenandhowpreselectioncanbeusedintheselectionofmaterials,parts,componentsandsub-assembliesduringthedesignstageofanend-product.Itfurtherdescribeshowstandardizedtestmethodsmaybeusedasonepartinthedecisionmakingprocessesdirectedtominimizethefirehazardsfromelectrotechnicalequipment.Itstatesthatoneshouldtakeintoaccountthedesiredreactiontofirepropertiesoftheend-product,andthatoneshouldconsiderthepossibleeffectsofenvironmentalconditionsonthebehaviouroftheend-product.ThisbasicsafetypublicationisintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprincipleslaiddowninIECGuide104andISO/IECGuide51.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.Therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationwillnotapplyunlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedintherelevantpublications.
